Mega unfriendly branch manager, nice employees who unfortunately understand too little. Order machines switch off automatically & 'if you have just paid by card, that's bad luck, you will then pay twice. Ordering things wrong all the time, so it's no fun anymore.

I love KFC, but if an employee takes and eats fries several times without gloves from the area where the bags are filled for the customers, it is more than disgusting. With a few exceptions, the staff was always very rude and overwhelmed.

The 2nd time that there was nothing more and that at 7:15 pm! Incomprehensible!

Orders can now be made contactless via the terminal. Also deliveries in the Siegen city area. The food has always been as it is used to.

Guys, why are you at Lieferando now if you absolutely don't get anything baked about it? Waited two hours only to be confirmed by Lieferando that no one would accept your order. Do you deliver about it? If so, when and under what circumstances? Because you can hardly find any information about Lieferando itself and ordering there is a pure game of chance.

Everything is dirty and is never cleaned.

One of your workers doesn’t know how to deal with customers, the worker with a wide body with glasses should know how to deal with customers. THE CUSTOMER IS KING 😠 But their menus are very good. All other workers were very friendly and nice (foreigners) keep going ☺️

Not recommended ... eating takes 20 minutes although there is no one else in the restaurant. Dear Burger King or MCs ...

It was my first time at KFC. The order terminals don't spit out any receipts, the staff seems overwhelmed and there is more breading than chicken on the food. Too bad.

Paid € 6.50, ordered 4x Cheese Crunch, but only had 3 burgers in the bag. 4x 1.50 = 6 € + 0.50 € because of bacon is 6.50 €. It's a shame that I didn't see what's inside the bag straight away in the store. I will never go there again.

French fries very limp and cold. Burger cold very bad here in Siegen. I know it tastier from other cities. Never again.

Well. Difficult to reach, food delicious, good air in the shop, quite loud when someone calls back. Interim information that it takes another four minutes, I found great. However, we missed the bucket that is always shown. And one of the more expensive FastFoods ..

They make a lot of mistakes with the orders. It has happened many times.

Food was okay. KFC tastes like any other KFC location. It tastes great and I like to go there from time to time. However, the waitress or the staff need extensive training in matters of friendliness, how to operate properly and should ideally also be familiar with the products they serve or pack. Unfortunately, none of this was the case.

Quite a bit disorganized at the checkout, but otherwise good. A big plus point are the wet wipes, so you can not only clean your hands but also the display of the cell phone

Not very crowded. Usual KFC prices. Conveniently located next to Siegen main train station...good place to wait from.

Kfc like everyone else. Relatively small and warm inside. Staff nice, toilets so-so.

Not much of a variety and very costly. Three pieces of chicken for 9,99€. Not worth it.

Nice place to eat some very nice chicken, chips, fries and Cola. Located just exactly where it should be...by the Train station. They've also got some offer for low budget folks isn't that awesome. All a perfect place to relax while waiting for your train or taxi or Bus

Incompetent staff, more interested in what's happens around them instesd of taking orders,waiting an age for my order until the manager stepped in to take charge. It will be a long time until i frequent this particular outlet again.
